The Jacksonville Jaguars and owner Wayne Weaver have repeatedly said they will try to draft QB Tim Tebow as a way to help the team sell tickets. However, now that the St. Louis Rams may be sold to local interests we cannot discount the fact that the Jaguars may not be in Florida that much
