Earnest Byner, who starred as a running back for the Cleveland Browns from 1984-88 and returned to them for the 1994-95 seasons, has reportedly been hired as the Jacksonville Jaguars running backs coach. Despite his record of success coaching the position, Byner was fired as the Tennessee Titans’ running back coach on Monday.
